EQShare Question

I am working on a editor ingame so you do not have to leave the game to create items or restart the world. Sofar I can make items, npc's and adit there loot tables all ingame really easy but in order for like items to take effect or npc's to respawn i need to reboot the world.

Any Idea how I can make the post to the database and place it in the EQShare so its avil after I make it?
