Reset Password - This Page Isn't Working Right Now

Hello,

I am attempting to reset my LoginServer password however when I select the Continue button to have an SMS message sent to me for confirmation I receive an empty site with the following:

This page isn't working right now
www.eqemulator.org can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Anyone else experiencing this issue when attempting to reset your password? I know the SMS is good because I have been using the same number for years.
