EqEmu Database

I was wondering if anybody could send me a Database for eqemu that already has the npcs monsters and items already setup .. or something like that .. ive been trying to do it with eqadmintools but its not working... so if u could send it to j0nas@charter.net i would greatly appreciate it ...

Is there a place i could go that would tell me how to set all that up? i dont think i see it in any manuals or anything... .let me know
