Your spell file is outdated

I am getting the error "your spell file is outdated" at the character creation screen after logging in to the P99 green server. It says to go to the getting started page for the files, but there are no instructions on the page that I'm using to configure the client. This is the page I was looking through:

What files do I need and where can I obtain them? Note: I am using a newly installed Titanium.

Wrong forum mate, this is the forum for EQ Emulator. The place to go if you're interested in starting your own server up. Or ya know, creating an account so you can play on one of the many servers, but you already knew that last part. :)
