Sanctuary re-release

Sanctuary has undergone a great deal of work and will be re-released on December 26, at 12pm (noon) EST. The server will be released in waves, with levels 1-20 and appropriate zones being accessible on launch, level 30 cap and zones after 2 weeks, and level 40/all zones 2 weeks after that.

Some of the work done includes:
rebalancing of all classes and npcs
some underpowered/boring classes received new spells and AAs
rebalancing of weak or overpowered items.
modification of overly obscure tradeskill recipes
adjustment of spawn and drop rates for extremely rare spawns/drops
introduction of task system with new tasks
new boss fights
fixed lots of broken quests (an ongoing and potentially never ending effort)

If you have never tried sanctuary before, it is a fully custom server with 30 unique subclasses. If you have played sanctuary before, we invite you to come back and re-experience the fresh, revitalized server.

it's hard to describe the quality and amount of work that has gone into this server.

if you've never played here you should. if you left because of zerj, he's gone, and you should come back.

Gotta say you guys could use some work on your marketing. I saw this same post on reddit at first and thought I would give it a go. So I click the discord link... it's expired. Okay fair enough, I'll google the server to find it. No results (multiple saying how bad the server is from years ago though - have you thought about a rename?). Multiple searches later I manage to find this thread, with another expired discord link. So okay I go look at server list, most server owners put their info in there under eqemu server list. Nope - unregistered, no info.
If you make people jump through enough hoops to find/join your server, they won't.

So I click the discord link... it's expired.

Discord invite links, in general, will expire, if the creator didn't choose the option to make it a permanent link, which is a common mistake by many.

I got it working. But it was only a private / singleplayer server for me to screw around with iirc. Which I did, then got bored of.
