Hello i got a few new Server install from following guide at

No matter what i do seems like no NPC will drop anything but money, If i trade the npc a item then kill it he drops it.
If i target npc and do "#NPCLOOT SHOW" it shows the correct loot table for that npc, and check on the loottable settings and they seem to be find there i even set something to 100% chance and nothing.
just not sure what im doing wrong if anyone is able to help me out thanks so much
