New server randomized loot 12/11/2021

Announcement of a new EqEmu Rof2 server with loot random. [Adventures of Norrath] will be available on 12/11/2021. Adventures of Norrath is a vendor server with custom equipment. The experience will be low, we do not want a server where the next day we already have top-level players. Even so, some areas will be modified every week to gain more experience, so take advantage of these advantages. Thus there will be a considerable effort for those who like the difficult. To make up for this, the loot is already updated AND RANDOM.There is no automatic spell writing and no npc teleportation as we said, we want a server where it is not easy. We want to offer you an experience with different changes in the quality of life in many aspects of the game. Prepare your weapons because a great server comes to enjoy from beginning to end.

I was really enjoying this new random loot server and now all of a sudden the server is down, the discord link no longer works and i'm no longer in the discord that did exist. I know I nothing wrong as i don't even use MQ2 on emulated servers. Would love more information on what happened as i would like to continue playing here.

Was on earlier today then everything vanished. Rather odd

That is par for the course for this guy. AoN was the 3rd server of his that I've played on and each one ended in the exact same way. First one lasted a couple of weeks. He then changed his discord name to Siege and started another that he hyped up and that only lasted a few days. AoN was his longest at 3 weeks!

Just know not to take any future servers of his seriously.

I suspected it would happen again, i played only 2-3 hours on the 3rd server.

That's really sad. Wasting so many peoples time without even warning or even asking for help if he needed it. However i also knew there was a huge language barrier. The guy was banning people for no reason cause he couldn't understand them, then people that were legit cheating he gave a pass. Makes no sense. Imo this guy shouldn't be allowed to have any more servers. periodt
