Logging on to EQemu and asking for a password reset issues

Hi there

I have tried multiple times to log in and get my password reset for this account.
( By luck I found the password .. so i can let you guys know )

I request a password reset.
I get an email saying click on this link and then the password will be e-mailed to you.
I never get the last step., no password arrives.

Mind checking this..

I noticed that I had to do 2 requests in a row, and the second one will arrive.
Same with the email afterward when you click to reset.
only the second time you do it will the password get through.
