Login Account Password Reset Support

I am attempting to reset the passwords to two of my login accounts but receive the instructions to utilize SMS verification. I have already completed this step and receive the messages below:

"SMS Verification completed.

Due to loginserver accounts already existing on this account, a final step of email verification must be completed before the SMS Number can be attached to the account.
If the email attachment process is not accepted or denied within 7 days, the SMS Number will automatically be accepted and become attached."

Requesting assistance with this as soon as is convenient. Thank you.

Make sure it's not in your junk mail folder. Gmail doesn't like these forums for some reason.

I am having the exact same issue. I received no email and it has been at least 3 days since I added my phone number. still waiting. Any Admin help on this issue?

If I am understanding that correctly, even If I don't get the email, it will auto attach my number after 7 days.
