how would we go about reseting a forgotten LS password if we no longer have the phone number attached to the SMS ?

Thousands of players playing every day, but the freaking account password reset function doesn't work!?

I lost the pw for an account i've had for almost a decade and ahalf - does this definitively mean that it's irrecoverable? :(

If so, who do I get in touch with to pay for a developer/engineer to come in remedy this. Can't image it'd be that big of a lift in 2023
