SMS Verification email

I just recovered my old account and am trying to set up sms verification in order to reset my login server accounts ( my account is from 2014 I just dont remember 8 year old passwords) . I added a cell number and have not recieved a verification email . What do I need to do ?

Need help with this as well. Entered my number for sms verification but never received the code and my account is stuck in limbo until I enter the verification code. Cannot cancel and request a new one.
