Account password reset link not working - Status 500

Is anyone else having this problem?
I have tried this option on 3 different browsers.
Not sure who to reach out to regarding support.

1) EQEmulator Home > EQEmulator Forums > Account System > Reset Loginserver Passwords

2) Click 'continue'

Status 500 -Internal Server Error

SMS stuff is not currently functional unfortunately.
