Imperium issue

Hey all, hoping someone is still around to help me out. I'm having trouble installing the files for the Imperium server. I get everything downloaded, patched, and try to launch eqgame as the video they supplied says, but that opens a popup telling me to run EverQuest.exe. the issue is, the only file called EverQuest is just an icon. I get the feeling I'm missing something important here lol

I am experiencing the same thing. No everquest.exe file. The patcher does not offer a launch option upon completion, just a "close" option.
