Remove SMS verification

Is there anyway to remove sms verification? i clicked on the sms verification link and it said verification was enabled, but i never set up a SMS number. Now i have no idea how to disable it.

Ive been trying the same for 4 years now, my account was made in 2014 and its not my # either, noway to remove it, no help, nothing can be done until who knows
