Well, we have started to do it now. Last night was the first dump from the private cvs to the public cvs.

The CVSROOT is:
:pserver:anonymous@cvs.eqemu.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/eqemu

When prompted for a password, just hit enter.

This should get you the updated source. If you do not know what to do with this, please just wait for releases, as this is an advanced option for downloading the source.

This is a source code so download it and then compile it either with gcc (linux) or borland C++ or Visual C++ (windows)

hmmm . i think you should download the last stable pre-compiled released called binary on the main page (http://www.eqemu.net) it would be much easier for you :)

is the cvs server down at sourceforge? or just disabled? here's the error i'm getting:

cvs [update aborted]: connect to cvs.eqemu.sourceforge.net(66.35.250.207):2401 failed: Connection refused

i'm just trying to do:

cvs update .
