Problems setting up a linux server

I am having problems with what appears to be the latest setup instructions I could find at:

In the instructions it says to do a wget from "raw.githubusercontent.com".

That host does not exist anymore.

Looking at https://docs.eqemu.io/server/installation/server-installation-linux/
The Linux Installer is currently not working, it is suggested to use https://github.com/Akkadius/akk-stack as a much better alternative for now until the installer is addressed.

The directions for the build are in animated gif format.

the gifts run so fast I cannot read them. I have tried a couple of internet solutions to slow them down, but the images are too small for me to read.

Would anyone have the directions that are not an animated gift

The animated gifts are just examples of it running. If the gifts run too fast I suggest applying a tire iron to their kneecaps.

The non-animated squiggles (words, henceforth) spell out what you need to do. Not the gifts.
