Will EQEMU run with Titanium or is RofF 2 required?

Yes, Titanium works. There will be some limitations.

One more question. Is the EQEMU setup any different. I have been working for around a week trying to get EQEMU setup on a Windows virtual machine. With no success with a Titanium client.
