Cannot recover former account

Trying to recover my account (Aducardo) from 2019.

I have received the reset password email, but I am not receiving the temp password.

My account was created in 2013 (iirc) and I am pretty sure no phone number was requested back then.

I need to recover my logins for P99.

I createdd this account (Blitzy) just to be able to post this message.

Why can't login server just have a simple/effective password reset like the forum accounts
