Unable to log into Server

Hi
Any help would be appreciated.
I created an account to log into the Site Eqemulater
I have created 2 Server accounts
I have downloaded and installed the 2 files
Takp PC V2.2.zip and Patch-08-24-2025.zip
And the Zeal v1.1.2_02
I have put all the files in the same folder on my computer.

I run the eqgame.exe file to start the game.
It connects and I get the Eula, I accept. I get the next screen and select Connect. The logon page pops up.
I input 1 of the 2 accounts I created and get the message "Account Does Not Exist and Auto Creation in no Enabled."
I try to 2nd different server account and get the same message.

I have logged out and back to the website, I can log back in and the 2 accounts still show up there.
I rebooted my computer.
I waited a few hours to see if there needed to be a sync of some kind.
None of these steps worked to solve the issue.

Help, please.

You have a forum account but did you make a login account?

Also -side note- there appears to be an issue with login servers right now. So, you may just be experiencing the same issue in a different way.

I continue to request a verification email, but it never show up in my gmail. I've checked spam/junk to no avail. Any tips?
