Installation issues

[Stuprate]

Greetings everyone. I’m having some issues getting the server installer bat file to run. I’ve tried to run it as administrator but, the screen flashes black with the windows command window, and then immediately closes. Nothing seems to happen after that - the command box closes

Any ideas?
