SMS email never received can't access account

Can someone please set up a password that can be changed by the user? A lot of people would like access to their accounts to play. I know you guys are smart enough to have a reliable workaround. It completes the SMS but never sends an email or the email gets blocked by the mail server. Can I fix this by changing to a different email account? We need some help here!

I am not understanding your issue. Probably most dont. Why do you even need the SMS? I made a new player login a few minutes ago to test and it worked fine. You can do what you described right here:
