Any Utility to enhance database editing?

Hi,
I am new to EQemu with regards to running a server. I used to fiddle with UOX and Sphere. They both had a utility that made placing of objects, npcs, etc.... alot easier. Anyhow, I was wondering if EQEmu has that same type of program? What I want to do once 4.1 comes out is to run my own personal server but to edit the stats of the creatures to allow them to be more soloable. From what I understand a level 60 ro 70 player can't solo the Dragons in EQ. While that is a GREAT idea for online play with 1000s, a server with 3 or 4 would make it a bit boring. I'd like to go and edit the HPs and Dam Delt by the NPCs and creatures.

Well, if anyone can answer my questions I'd appreciate it. Also, does anyone know if someone is already working on making a version of the database for solo or small servers?

Use the EQEmu Admin Tool which is located on the main emu page. That will show you all the spawns, and you can modify hp's that way. Not sure on damage delt though. But I have used that same tool to make Lavastorm a level 60-70 zone way back when.
