I cant wait to see the answer for this question. I have virtually the same post on another forum. Wish there was a forum devoted to database creation for each release.

There is.. Its the worldbuilding forum..

The dev team does not take responsibility for generating databases ,though we have in the past released a couple, and may continue to do so, but someone should organize a world team, or database design team. The dev team just has too much to do to design content, and really it should be up to an independent group. World building is up to the community.

Hey, were working on it...

There are actually quit a few tools to use..

WC's tool is still great for alot of stuff (slow though)
Kai has a spell editor, the new Item Editor we're releasing with the builds..

Theres a Quest Editor (quest structure will most likely change to a new format with version 0.4.2 or 0.4.3 since Wes has been working fiendishly on the new Quest parsing engine). We'll try to make it backwards compatible for those that have a bunch of quests already in the old format.

:oops: I resemble that! The dupe mobs! Oh the humanity. BTW what besides the dupes should I work on improving?

I am working on an updated version for 4.10 that has special atacks for many 45+ mobs and some spells for all caster classes. Spell choice might not be the best, but thay have some now :D I will be running the dupe spawn remover before releasing it. It also includes the body types for the spawns. Also about 400 PoP items have been posted, I'll get those in there too. If you have collected PoP items, post em now and I'll include them in the release.

Items!!! oh yea! CVS and title, those would be nice. Make it a bit easier to release and keep an up to date DB out there for everyone.
