Blackscreen after Server select

Im hosting a Server and wanted a friend to join me. But when he joined my Server he doesn,t get to the Char select screen. His PC is stuck after Server select. It does load the world but after that the Screen turns black and he can't do anything.


Anyone has an idea what to do?
