NOT Your fault. I didn't feel like weeding out all the crap and all the posts about illegal crap by evil so I removed the thread. Discussion of DMCA (although I hate the law =p) is perfectly fine with me.

Since this thread is still titled "DMCA" I'll add this here. There is a story on slashdot about a new site set up to combat ungrounded cease and desist orders:

It describes a site called http://www.chillingeffects.org that lawyers have set up to combat this sort of thing (read: bnetd). Just something to stick in your back pocket in case someone tries something underhanded.
