Working db for linux mysql Ver 11.18 Distrib 3.23.55, please

i need some working dbs for the linux zone server 4.3.
already tried:
win4.3 binary db.sql+ Drawde's Worlddata 1.1 beta 4
and
Telmet's EQEMu 0.4.3 DB.

both with and without the faction fix.
always get:

already mentioned mysql Ver 11.18 Distrib 3.23.55
bins compiled with gcc-3.2 i586 disabled -DSHAREMEM


any tips or help is welcome :)
