can someone please tell me why i am a getting these error when i run eqeum admin tool 4.0?

What version of EQEmu are you using? 4.0 WILL NOT work with EQEmu 0.4.3.

oh ok i see i am using the 4.3 DB i have tried using 3.1-3.9 admin tools and i get the same error
