Creating Items with Admin Tool

I have tried for several hours trying to create an item, but for some reason it just does not come up when I hit "commit item". It just has ID "0" with no name next to it. When I use the Search tool, just says "Rec 1 ID 0", etc. It is like it is not adding anything to the database at all, but my accounts and everything is there.

What exactly do you have to do to add an item sucessfully?

PS - Inside the installation of the Admin Tool was a ZIP called dbgrdpls.zip, but it is unclear as to what I need that for.

Anyone shed some light on this? Thanks so much.

Ive searched and searched and toyed with the prg with a pot of coffee, still no avail.

No matter what I do, when I create an item and Commit the changes, it doesnt list itself on the left as an ID with the name of the item. It feels like the prg is just a "trial" version for the item area. I have no idea why or what I am doing wrong that it does not allow me to add in items.

Any ideas? :(

er..but now I am getting a Inflate Packet -3 error and it send me to my death when I login - death loop...thats new...
