Problem opening EQw [Archive] - EQEmulator Forums

When I try open it it says "No 3D device found" then closes. I know virtually nothing about computers, so im lost. Could anyone help? Thanks.

You don't have a Video Card, or if you do the drivers are not installed... Do you know is there supposed to be a video card in it?

the current EQ client requires DirectX 8.1 and a 3D card that works with that. You probably dont have a 3D card or a 3D card that doesnt with with dx8.1

also make sure your display setting are set to 16 bit.
