About making own server...

Ok, I know I am posting stuff then deleting it, but I have followed every step to make my own server. It shows up on the list after login, but then I get an Error 1017... I don't know if it is because I did something wrong while setting up, or just with the game...

Sorry for being an annoyance, but I really want to set this up!

Everything is running fine, except for the fact that I cannot flag my account, and my server is locked... doh!
