For some unfathomable reason I've been made a forum mod so I'm making this a sticky (like I told someone else, just because I'm a forum mod doesn't mean I know what I'm doing). Don't worry I won't abuse the privilege :P
There are two places to go for map files:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/eqemu/eqemu-admin-tool-maps.zip?download
and
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/seq/showeq/maps/
The first link will get you some basic maps. These are older maps, and don't include maps for some of the new expansions. The second link is the best place to go, since that's where the newest maps get placed. You're getting them from the horse's mouth there. You'll find many improved versions of maps there, and as new expansions come out they'll show up. You have to download them one at a time, but that's life. And in case anyone's wondering, I'm not involved in ShowEQ at all--I just don't believe in reinventing the wheel.
