My server is locked

I downloaded EQEmu, followed all the instructions, booted up MiniLogin and all that. I log in with eqemu/eqemu and my server is locked. Any suggestions, and yes the LoginServer.ini locked line = false.

You dont have any zones running. the server will always be locked when there are no zoneservers available.

If you say there are zones up, thayre not working (i bet you ignored those errors didnt you).

nope, didnt ignore any errors, guess ill try again from scratch.

Now when I run Boot5Zones.bat i get illegal operation errors.
