Error (please help me)

When I double click in patch.exe
the programs say:

Run time error '430'
Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface


what is this?

I have the same problem.

I uses Win98se and had the same problem. My friend gave me a file call mdac_typ.exe. It contains some kind of SQL functions.
