Error 11001 , Cant resolve hostname

I am a windows user obviously , i run Windows XP and I went through all the steps to create my own server. I start up the world server and i connect succesfully...then i run boot5zones in Eqemu folder and it starts to load database. At the end where it starts to connect it says connection failed Error 11001 , Couldnt resolve hostname. Does anyone know what causes this? any help would be great! im so close here. heh

First of all, if you are under a router then set all the IP addresses to your designated local IP, at least thats what i need to do on mine. If you need more help, post away!
