Problems in CVS source compiled 4/18

Aggro isn't working , faction was working and they give correct message, just don't attack.
Tried on non-GM account to make sure.
seems to have quit working after the aggroradius changes , but I'm not a programmer , just play around a bit :)
A couple more small probs I'll post seperately.

I've seen agro work on Krushers server, so I am almost certain it works.

Aggro seems to be working for me at random with the new CVS...so I'm thinking a radius under a certain amount is broken.
