unavailable zone after clicking enter at character screen

On my world dos screen getting this message after clicking enter:

Error: No Zone Server to bootup 'qrg' for Linbil

Wrong size on ServerOP_Clientlist: Got 144, Expected 150
Error Inflate: inflate() returned -3 'unknown compression method

Please Help I get to my character screen fine and on my minilogin, world, and boot screens load fine. Just can't enter with char.

Are you sure your boot5zones.bat windows are connecting to your world server?

Yes they are connecting. On my world window right before attempting to enter char it says this:

Okay I used EQAdmin and pointed map director to where i am loading my egame.exe patchme from. In one of the bootup windows it is saying this:

Map: Maps\.map not found.

Couldn't find/read ./cfg/.cfg. (returning -1)
Couldn't find/read ./cfg/.cfg. (returning -1)

Above by where it says Zone Server ' ' between ' ' is a smilely face
