blank screen after "i accept"

After starting EQW and clicking the i accept button, eqw just goes to a blank screen, doesn't say that its not responding or anything. Files are installed in the correct places, double checked that already. Running windows xp.

Get 2.3 - current eqw doesn't work... Search this forum - this has been answered, and a link exists to download a previous version of eqw.
