run time error 70: permission denied

i was in EQemu, froze, restarted and when i try to run patcher the error i get is: "run time error 70: permission denied"

restarted and fixed it

The pathcer was still running in the background. Check taskmanager and kill it.

Also once you run the patcher once you do not need to keep running it every time you start EQ. You ONLY need to run the patcher when the EQEmu server rev changes.
