New server [Euro prefered]

Some of you may have saw the server "Fast Euro Server" or something like that. The admin dont have the time to admin it. Since its a friend of mine, we agreed i'll gonna handle it.

I wish to create my own content but its a long long thing. So i look for some help on NPC, items, quests, links zone, background stories.
