I tried to use the steps to change it on my comp but it didnt work...
I mean i got the server up and running flawlessly on the first try no lag or anything worked great.. but

I tried to go do this in console

e:\eqemu

but I got this

'e:\eqemu' its not recognized as a internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

so i tried this

e:\world.exe flag <insert account name here> 100

and yet again

'e:\eqemu' its not recognized as a internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

so with those O so brilliant deduction skills ;) i tried something new!

e:\eqemu\world.exe flag <insert account name here> 100

got something new this time !

Coulden't open 'db.ini' .
Read README.TXT!!

there isnt a readme text file in the eq eqemu folder does it mean the MySQL readme or is this just a win xp problem ? any help would be appreciated :)

you need to click start then run.

type: "cmd" without the quotes just CMD.

then change the directory:> cd c:\eqemu\binary

then from the folder c:\eqemu\binary> world.exe flag YOUrEMUaccountName 200

should get a reply of your name being flagged 200 ect.

this works provided your world.exe is in your c:\eqemu\binary folder.
