Spell Fizzles

I've searched the forums, and haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. If I *edit* a character up in levels, and use commands to edit skills (Keeping standard limits in mind), I fizzle like a madman, often 10 to 15 times before I get the spell off. Anyone else have this problem, and/or know a solution?

The spells code probably is calibrated wrong. You'll just have to deal with it until the code is resolved.

GW server fizzle like mad, trying nuke even con and above resist like mad... waiting for fix too =/
