Server help please.

Ok, I tried to make a server a while back, got everything to work BUT couldn't get a DB on it for the life of me. Now, I came back to it after you updated the read me. Now mysql filein the BIN folder opens for about 2seconds then beeps and closes. I can't keep it open to do anything, is there an easy solution to this? Any help would be appreciated. :o

What OS are you using? Make sure you have the MySQL service running on 2000 or XP, If you are using 95,98, or ME. Make sure that you have the winmysqladmin running that is in the bin directory of MySQL. See if this helps first and then let me know if you still have problems. Remember it makes it a lot easier to help you if we know the setup that you are running.

I'm using XP, and the Mysql admin opens automatically when I reboot my comp, so thats always on. But I still have the same problem, mysql.exe us just opening, beeping then closing.
