Attatchment below(Picture of problem) went through the readme to setup server a few times.. so its not me thats messing up.. or i hope not..

it woudlnt add attatchment.. no idea why.. here is link to screenshot.. COPY PASTE it into browser, Geocities doesnt allow directly linking of images.. so it wont show it unless you do :) Thanks for the help fellas

Pay closer attention to the FIRST error it reported rather than the last one...

"Failed to connect to database: Error: #1045: access denied..."

There is plenty of information on that one, in fact there is a sticky post about it in this forum and I posted about it myself a couple of days ago (before I saw the sticky post). And you might want to look up this thread (http://forums.eqemu.net/viewtopic.php?t=6904). And you could use the search feature of the boards (top of page, in center) to search for 1045 or error 1045 or access denied, etc. You'll find plenty of information.

The short of it is that it didn't find item data because the item data is in the sql database and it couldn't read the database because it couldn't connect to it.

i did the grant all privileges thing.. still getting that acess denied when opening world.exe - guess ill go look around..
