I can't get the Eqemu Patcher to install

When i try to install the Eqemu patcher i get an error that says


Incompatible RPC stub.



What does that mean?

I am running on windows 98 but sounds like hardware.

Try installing mdac (see sig). If that doesn't work, I don't know.
