Just created server, logon attempts causes MySQL failure

I just created a Non-Legit server today foloowing the guide and suggestion from posts to get it running. Now that it is running, it gives a message saying that I could not connect due to connection failure. After I exit EQEmu. I look at the World.exe prompt and it says Error #2006 MySQL has gone away

* Another thing, I have the locked setting set to false but when I see the server name in EQEmu, it says the server is locked.

Well this MySQL Error is because your mysqladmin.exe has been closed for any reason, without having this tool running EQEmu can't access the Database.
