can you setup a server with one pc. if so how do you do it i can sem to do it. can any one help me out.

Yes. Any server can also be the client (one PC can host the game, and the same PC can be the only one to join). If you want more people, just get them into your network. You should use a tool called minilogin, but I don't know where it is found.
