1607 runtime error

when trying to install eqeum patcher I get a 1607 runtime error saying


1607: Unable to install InstallShield scripting runtime.


Any one?

I downloaded it but it still wont let my past the server select screen saying I may need to rerun the patcher...Thanks for trying..If you have any other ideas I would really appreaite it = )
