Runtime error problem

I had EQemu working fine, then i decided i was gonna add on the Luclin expansion, so i did that and repatched it to EQlive, then when i ran the EQemu patcher it gave me a 'run-time error "70" permission is denied'

any help would be appreciated, thanks

nm found the solution on an earlier post.....i love the search feature =)
