Zoning problem

Is it just me?
On some servers, then I try #zone

It kicks me to the safe spot in the zone I am... and when I check /who all, It shows me at (null)

I can't get out of it either. It seems to keep doing that for some reason.
Anyone know a solution?

Several questions..

What version(s) of the emu exhibit this behavior? (look on server select screen prior to entering)

Does it only happen when you type in an incorrect zone name? Or does it happen even when you type it in correctly?

Is this reproducible or just a random uthing that would be hard to duplicate?

Well I think its 4.4 mostly Could happen on 4.3 version. But I really wasn't paying attention at the time on the version.

It doesn't matter if I type in the wrong name or not If I just do

#zone , it makes me in a (null) zone.

I made another account to see if I was mine. And I did sucessfully zone twice.. but then it glitched up on me again and did the same thing.

Its a client error Im guessing..

I've been trying to track down this null bug with no luck. When I see people that exhibit this behavior, no one is able to send them a tell. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce it..

Ok i tried 3 different servers here is what i get

Raid Addict's (0.4.4) first time i zoned went to (null)

Hammer's (0.4.4) took 4 zones to end up in (null)

Krusher's (0.4.3) 15 zones and no (null)


i tried misspelling the zone name first then actualy zoning with the proper zone name. endede in Null with the wrong name 2 times and the proper name 4, only tried it on semi legit so i didnt have to run the zones =P
