No ones really in charge, but anyone with admin rights can change them.

I'll fix yours as I read through and know the whole ordeal was a misunderstanding...

Trump's a nice guy. Give him more credit than that. If he feels you sufficiently earned the titles, you're stuck with them. If not, lucky you - your wish is granted.

Just play nice, and no one has to get a goofy name.... I've got the names on a hotkey, so don't make me use it !

(I didnt change anyone's name in the 1st place, just so no one points a finger at me...lol)
